Our founder's journey began with a transformative trip to Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. Witnessing traditional coffee ceremonies and meeting farmers who dedicated their lives to cultivating exceptional beans ignited a passion that would change everything. Armed with a vintage drum roaster and an insatiable curiosity, we transformed a small garage into our first roastery. Late nights were spent perfecting roast profiles, understanding bean characteristics, and developing relationships with farmers across three continents.
